• We can host at Rackspace, where we have our own server farm by country
• Or, you can host the application internally
• We have the highest level of penetration tests – this is bank level security
• We support internationalisation (multiple languages, decimals/commas and dates)
• We will work with you on XML links into your HR application
• We have testing regimes through multiple servers for new releases that will impress you

Getting Started

We have a fixed-price package that works for both OD as well as IT. We will work with you to plan the project from inception through to a successful pilot and then on full live deployment:

• You will like our “Good Practice” that covers many aspects of Inspire by Sector. This helps you to get a quick start. You can then personalise everything to suit your own organisation
• We will help with styles and logos, colours and text
• We have templates to load user data at the outset for early pilots (later we will replace those with XML links)

Support

Our support line is user-friendly as well as technical-friendly!We have phone, email and Skype access so you should never be without a contact.

We will work with your existing procedures and share our own Help Desk so you can see we are meeting our published standards of service.
